the detailed center and the darker surrounding hardwood.

in a more streamlined form. Its approximately 1.25-inch thickness and
compact proportions make it easier to handle and store while still
providing a stable end grain work surface.

End grain construction positions the ends of the wood fibers at the

Care Notes

Hand wash only using mild soap and warm water, then dry promptly. Do not
place the board in a dishwasher, leave it submerged in water, or expose it
to extreme heat.

Periodically apply a food-safe butcher block conditioner to nourish the
hardwood, preserve its natural color, and help protect it from drying
during regular use.
