Submit Your Request
Start by completing the Custom Board Request Form with your desired size, wood preferences, intended use, engraving requests, and design ideas.
Design Consultation
We review your request and discuss the best construction method, wood species, layout, and design options for your project.
Quote & Approval
Once the details are finalized, a quote is provided for review. Production begins only after the project details are approved.
Handcrafted Construction
Your board is built by hand in Walker, Louisiana using carefully selected hardwoods and proven woodworking methods.
Finishing & Inspection
Each board is sanded, finished, conditioned, and inspected before being prepared for pickup or shipment.
Delivery
Once complete, your board is carefully packaged for shipment or local pickup, with care instructions included.
