Wide sections of Black Limba frame the 3D center and introduce a completely
different kind of visual movement. Its dramatic dark lines, swirling figure,
and natural color variation create an organic contrast to the precision of
the geometric cube pattern.

This relationship between structured geometry and naturally expressive

Padauk & Nogal Checkered Border

The outer border alternates Padauk and Nogal blocks to create a dark-and-red

center design.

The deep tone of Nogal anchors the perimeter, while Padauk adds vibrant
reddish-orange accents that create rhythm and visual continuity from one
end of the board to the other.
