sanded, conditioned, and inspected by hand. Careful attention is given to

Hand wash only with mild soap and water, then dry promptly. Do not place
in a dishwasher, leave submerged in water, or expose the board to extreme
heat. Periodic conditioning with a food-safe butcher block conditioner will
